Kamille

I didn't do so well this week...blah.

I did walk a LONG ways twice (not running but at least it was exercise, right?!)
I went to bed just a couple times by 11 but I wasn't up at 7 any of the mornings, bummer.

On a good note, I have lost about 7 lbs since the beginning of the month.

This week, I will abide by my bed/wake up times. I will walk or run 3 times this week.
