I did not make my goal this week, although I did go running 3 times this week. So I did something. From now on I am going to post my goals on my own blog, so check it out here. See you on my blog.

Success--(barely)

I ran 4 times this week and I did yoga 3 times(yippiee!!), but it was really hard to do. I am going to do the same next week and see if I can be better at time management.

1. Run 4 times 30 minutes each time
2. Do yoga 3 times (30 minutes)
