I completed my goal this week. I have to go running this morning and do Yoga but other than that I have completed it! Yeah! This goal was hard to complete So Next week I am going to do a similar goal.
1. Run 4 times 30 minutes each time
2. Do yoga 3 times (30 minutes)
Believe it or not, the yoga is harder to do than the running, because the kids start crawling on me the second I start. (or the phone rings, someone is at the door, there are just lots of distractions at home) Anyway, I will push the yoga and hopefully I will be successful! Wish me luck!
(Anyone else setting some goals? I would be happy to post them.)
