Success--(barely)

I ran 4 times this week and I did yoga 3 times(yippiee!!), but it was really hard to do. I am going to do the same next week and see if I can be better at time management.

1. Run 4 times 30 minutes each time
2. Do yoga 3 times (30 minutes)
