Ok. I'm doing this for real! I'm out of shape from running 5K's last year. Here are my goals...yes, I have two!
1. Go to bed by 11:00 up by 7:00 (starts today)
2. Run 1 mile 4 times a week (starts Monday)
See you next week!

Sisterhood Support!
Let's help each other be more fit physically and spiritually! If you are interested in joining our Sisterhood of Support let Kamille or another member of Relief Society Presidency know you are interested. We will then get you a password so you can join us! We highly recommend it!!
Here's how it works:
1. Choose a Goal: This goal can be anything health/fitness related. Remember to make them practical. Setting smaller goals to help achieve a larger goal works better. They are achievable and less overwhelming. Some ideas for goals: losing 1 lb a week, exercising 4 days a week, exercising 2 hours a week, eating out only 1 time a week, etc. Be creative. Make a goal that will make a better you!
2. Be Accountable: We all know a goal is easier kept when you're accountable to someone (or you've paid someone) That's what we're here for! Once a week you log on and let us know how you've done that week with your personal goal. Let us know what you're goal is first off and then update us. We want to know how you're doing and we would LOVE to encourage you and have your encouragement as well.
It's that easy! Let's work together to get younger this year! We're excited to hear your goals and see how you're doing!
Until then,

it's been too long....sorry
Well, I have been going to weight watchers and I have lost maybe 2 more pounds. I have not done especially well with excersise and in fact I have a feeling that I will be up a couple of pounds pretty soon. The past holiday has been a little rough. So, next week I start work and I should do a lot better. Here's hoping!! My goal is to stick to my points this week. Thanks!
Grettle - Nov 13
Last week, I went up a pound instead of going down and still no exercise. :( Reset my starting pound to where I was last Friday.
This week, down a pound from last Friday so success on that score. But, no exercise. Maybe next week?

My goal is to lose 100 pounds before my youngest son returns from his mission in 1 year. I have lost 35 pounds so far by giving up sugar several months ago. I want to exercise more. I plan to walk at least 4 times a week - I have 1/2 mile and 1 mile routes in my neighborhood. I need to set some other health-related goals, but for now I will commit to these two: no sugar and walking 4x week. I feel I will do better if I am accountable to someone - such as this group.

I lost one pound last week and one pound this week. However, I am failing in my exercise goal. It just doesn't get done. I am trying to figure out ways to be better. Here's hoping...Grettle
